Khaled, my salesman, was very helpful and not at all pushy. He knew a lot about the minivan I bought, even though it wasn’t a Ford! I felt the price was fair, and Khaled even showed me some market resea pushy. He knew a lot about the minivan I bought, even though it wasn’t a Ford! I felt the price was fair, and Khaled even showed me some market research to confirm (I had done my own but appreciated the backup documentation!) Scott, the finance manager, was also kind, helpful, and not pushy. I took off a star because the dealership wouldn’t accept a cashiers check from my credit union- and getting it refinanced from their preferred lender is a pain. Seems like a scam for them to make an extra buck. More
