The dealership needs to understand that people in 2026 are shopping for cars online and looking for prices that they want to pay. So if I drive 100 miles to look at a couple cars that I saw advertised online as a specific price that’s what I’m walking away with. No one wants to be bombarded with five or more extra programs to sign up for and then be told that the dealership will lose money if I don’t sign up for one of the programs. That’s not how business is done in 2026. More
