Elder Ford is an okay dealership, but we will never buy another car from here for several reasons. At the beginning of the process we had a great experience. Then when we went to sign the forms, things sta another car from here for several reasons. At the beginning of the process we had a great experience. Then when we went to sign the forms, things started to go down hill. The buyers order was left blank which is illegal. Anyone can google that and see that leaving it blank can result in a fine from the FTC. The FTC also provides an editable buyers order so there is no reason for the excuses about not being able to get us one. We continued with the process although that was a massive red flag. We then had issues with the forms that needed to be notarized. Forms were prefilled out with dates that needed to be added in front of the notary. Our notary explained that he could lose his job if he signed those forms and recommended us reporting the dealership to the FTC. We also struggled to get in contact with anyone after we payed the money. It was like we no longer existed. Buying a car is not a fun process anywhere, but this dealership made the process more difficult than it needed to be. More
