They are liars. He said they were selling an extended warranty on the battery which is not through its protection plan so we can't be canceled. They put a coating on the interior and exterior by law. The required to supply me with the contract and they never have I called the sales person says oh we don't do that. I contacted the company that they say they never returned one in when you're happy they say you tell three people I told 20 at a Corvette club today that I would never do business with Elder Ford again. EXCELLENT DEAL! !!We had a deal pending at another dealer on a 26 Bronco Big Bend but it was not my wife's preferred color as this will be her vehicle daughter. I did !!We had a deal pending at another dealer on a 26 Bronco Big Bend but it was not my wife's preferred color as this will be her vehicle daughter. I did one more as I call fly by and found the color Desert Sand at Elder Ford. I worked with Jim Hensel in sales and after a few rounds of negotiating he along with the General Sales Mgr Kyle Clos got to the OTD needed and we closed. I then worked with Kale Bingham in finance who got us a low finance rate and also arranged remote signing since I was coming from 4 plus hrs one way to take delivery. I appreciated that Jim had the remaining few pages of paperwork that required a signature ready when I arrived as well as going over the features of the Bronco, I needed help with to get me back on the road home. He also sent a pic to my wife when we closed since it fell on her birthday which is priceless. We LOVE our Bronco daughter Dolly(LOVE & MISS YOU!!!) and yes we name our vehicles lol. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this team a chance to beat your best deal as we will continue to give them an opportunity on our future auto needs as well as referring family/friends!!! More

For the most part people I dealt with were nice. Follow up calls should've been better. If it wasn't for the premium used inventory, probably would've went elsewhere.
