I grew up in Villanova and had an early fascination with automobiles. I subscribed to all the car magazines, basically devouring every issue as soon as it arrived. What I value about being here at Otto’s is how it has led me to feel more entwined with this community. I go to the supermarket, I see our clients; I got to Costco, I see our clients, I go into West Chester for dinner, I see our clients. I really appreciate the sense of pride and connection that generates. I find it surprisingly fulfilling.

My experience with BMW of West Chester was a total pleasure from intro through delivery. Their approach was to work with me constructively on a deal focused on getting to what I wanted.
