I grew up in Villanova and had an early fascination with automobiles. I subscribed to all the car magazines, basically devouring every issue as soon as it arrived. What I value about being here at Otto’s is how it has led me to feel more entwined with this community. I go to the supermarket, I see our clients; I got to Costco, I see our clients, I go into West Chester for dinner, I see our clients. I really appreciate the sense of pride and connection that generates. I find it surprisingly fulfilling.

This is our second lease with Otto's BMW and our associate is Kevin Mahoney. Kevin does an outstanding job, very professional and no hype--service is second to none, and you will find this rings tr associate is Kevin Mahoney. Our vehicle was spotless on the day of delivery and Kevin spent all the time we needed to teach us every nuance on how to safely and efficiently operate our new purchase. By the time we left, and my wife holding a gift in hand from the dealership, you felt like you had touched base with old friends, made some new friends, and you know Otto's will be there if you need any type of assistance in the future. A sense of trust--that's how you feel when you work with Kevin and you buy from Otto's. It really is unlike any other car buying experience. More

We purchased a new BMW from Otto's BMW, West Chester, PA because the BMW dealership we dealt with previously no longer met our expectations. Kevin Mahoney, our salesperson at Otto's, did not pressure us to because the BMW dealership we dealt with previously no longer met our expectations. Kevin Mahoney, our salesperson at Otto's, did not pressure us to purchase and was extremely patient with my spouse, the primary driver of the new vehicle. Kevin spent as much time as we needed on the day of delivery to cover all aspects of the vehicle. Our Financial Service Advisor, Matthew Austin, had us in and out of his office in 15 minutes, and was very helpful and courteous in completing all of the documentation associated with the lease of our vehicle. On a final note, Otto's gave us a gift certificate to spend at their BMW gift shop. We felt this was a unique and fun way to bring our car buying day to a close. We have purchased a number of cars over the years--most of them BMW's, and we have never had this type of positive buying experience before. In my opinion, Kevin Mahoney is the salesperson to see at Otto's. And, Otto's is the place to shop, buy, or service a BMW. More

The fact that I feel compelled to take the time to write a review of a car dealership is reason enough to visit. My experience at Otto's was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I guess a family a review of a car dealership is reason enough to visit. My experience at Otto's was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I guess a family owned dealership that has been around for 40 years knows the meaning of customer service. Without sounding cliché... they made me feel like family. As a car lover, I appreciated that my client advisor, Kevin, was so passionate and knowledgeable about BMW's. He really wanted to find a car that fit what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my 330 and look forward to my next Otto's BMW. More
