long story short bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they re was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told lies about what I needed and was just trying to upsell me more stuff than what I actually needed after a 3 month wait car was finally ready after going over invoice they completely lied about what was installed specially when they said they had replaced the aftermarket turbo to a stock one possibly to void my warranty later when i would come back for future repairs anyways i took it home and on the way home I noticed it was smoking so I called was told it was just residue and also the car still wasn't running perfectly couple weeks passed and I took it to another shop to verify work done to work and was told that they lied also the car was leaking oil i was like that's not possible I was told they was replacing the motor etc etc turns out they took it apart and replaced the one part that was bad instead and left it leaking after I notify and confronted them they brush me off and told me I had to wait more than 30 days for them to inspected because there mechanic who did was on vacation when they did check it they said oh no we didn't touch that leaking part when I did research and asked the other dealership and mechanics they advice to take them to court because they flat out lying ended up taking the car back home couple days later car catches on fire 🔥 fire department determine it was from the bad oil leak of the so called engine replacement they did they never owned up to anything worse experience ever the only person that was helpful was the sales person other than that I wouldn't buy another car from them More

This dealer is marking vehicles up by almost 100%. Trucks that should be 60k listed for over 100k. It’s disgusting. Go to literally any other Chevy dealer. They sell used cars for far more than new. U Trucks that should be 60k listed for over 100k. It’s disgusting. Go to literally any other Chevy dealer. They sell used cars for far more than new. Used Sparks for $23k that were $17k new. I don’t know how these con artists are in business. They will try to give you xx about how it’s the market but literally no other dealer in the area is doing this. More

Having owned many cars over the years, and experienced several dealerships I can say I with all confidence McCluskey truly is exceptional. I've worked with Bill Stouffer now since 2015 and just took deli several dealerships I can say I with all confidence McCluskey truly is exceptional. I've worked with Bill Stouffer now since 2015 and just took delivery of my 3rd Silverado from him. From beginning to end, the communication, transparency, comfort and expertise from Bill sets a new standard. Being in Luxury Retail sales myself, I understand the process and psychology many people encounter at auto dealerships, this is not the case here. I look forward to service, my children even look forward to service because the lounge is awesome. The entire team from the top down at McCluskey is focused on a customer centric experience and it shows, i'm not a happy customer, i am a LOYAL customer! More

Worked with Tony & he was very sociable at 1st, but after the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rogue with around 40k miles, he became the typical "Used Car Salesman" that your parents warned you about. I took it t the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rogue with around 40k miles, he became the typical "Used Car Salesman" that your parents warned you about. I took it to get an oil change & was told by the mechanic, he doesn't believe the oil has ever been changed & the filter was the original. It took over 20 minutes just for the oil to drain out because it was pure sludge. He also told me that chances are, there's irreversible damage that's been done to the engine Now when I purchased the Rogue, I was assured by Tony that the proper maintenance was kept up with. Obviously that was a bunch of crap. The radio play's when it want's to & cuts off when it want's to. Just driving down the road the radio does whatever it want's. The brakes are worn out & need replacing And finally, the transmission has started slipping. That said, I've put less than 5k miles on it I've tried to contact Tony for over 3 weeks now & his v/mail is full & he doesn't answer. So I've left messages with reception & they tell me they have emailed him over & over to call me. Today, I left a message for Troy? I was told he was some sort of manager. So lets see if he decides to be a responsible person & calls back Nope, not a happy customer. Actually I'm extremely pissed off More

Bought a 2019 Dodge Caravan with 36k miles.. at the first oil change.. 40k miles.. 4k miles driven on, I was told that I needed to buy new tires and it was severely out of alignment! I called the person oil change.. 40k miles.. 4k miles driven on, I was told that I needed to buy new tires and it was severely out of alignment! I called the person that sold it to me twice to see what they could do and he said he would call me back. He never did. I then called to talk with his boss.. sent to a voicemail and never heard back. If you do purchase... on test drive take to a mechanic and get everything looked at BEFORE you buy! I anticipate other things to be wrong so saving specifically for car repair.. smh! If you can't get tires right... only bigger problems ahead! BUYER BEWARE! More

1 star is to much for these guys. 1 day after the sale my tire pressure was going down. The tire shop said there was a small hole in the tire and it looked like it had been there awhile. 2 weeks later it wou tire pressure was going down. The tire shop said there was a small hole in the tire and it looked like it had been there awhile. 2 weeks later it wouldn't start and my starter died. I had not even driven it 2k miles yet. Theu won't pay for the starter fully and it took them hours to do something. Im currently stranded in NC waiting on them to do something. After paying my part of the starter repair, the tow, triple A and the tire i am out $450 fixing this car BEFORE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT! ( and thats after putting $1,500 down!!!! ) o0o and now I find out that Keith MCcluskey the c.e.o of the company owns a good portion of Credit Acceptance which is the company that financed my car! Pretty sure thats illegal but will be consulting with my Legal counsel here shortly. Next time, don't screw a sales person on a sale that makes as much as your C.E.O......because we can afford good counsel More

I purchased a 2016.5 Chevrolet Cruze in 2018 but last year, had to have the vehicle towed in because the car was stalling, service light was on. A mouse nest was found inside and their diagnostic found year, had to have the vehicle towed in because the car was stalling, service light was on. A mouse nest was found inside and their diagnostic found the harness wire was chewed, but repairable. This was good news because the harness was not available anywhere, even nationwide, due to the China trade war. After that, I received a call from Tim (branch manager) it was ready to pick up! Great !! Then I received call from Ed Mangus in service stating they found additional damage to piston and cylinder #1, possibly #2. We went back and forth and I was asking why this was not found from the beginning? Did they drive it? The service engine light still had to be on - advised no from Ed – they had to manually push it in. I was feeling something was not right, asked him several times for another service video – took several days and they also provided an estimate for more repairs almost $4000 – I requested detail on parts etc. and that also took several days. Ed stated not to worry - this piston and cylinder problem was common with the Chevrolet Cruze and our warranty would cover it. After going back and forth on that, it was denied due to ‘one’ tire rotation not completed. I called the insurance adjuster to go back out and he also took a picture of current odometer and that is when we found out they put almost put 4 miles while in their possession. … another lie from what he said before... When I brought this to Ed’s attention - I was advised, well they did, they had to test drive it to check the harness wiring .. I made the decision to have it moved because I did not want them touching it any longer. The final bill was wrong, they had extra charges and the insurance company had to intercept on that as well. A service tech was walking by and he asked if I was driving it and I said no – it will be towed. He said good because it shouldn’t be driven. I responded by ‘ YOU ‘ guys drove it almost 4 miles and you are telling ME not to drive it ?' He walked way. The cashier was even shocked and commented, this vehicle only has 65,000 miles and it needs an engine rebuild?? We had it towed to our mechanic that same day and they confirmed engine piston and cylinder crack #1. Possible engine crack. We towed it for a 3rd opinion and advised the same. The car was worth almost nothing now …We have heard first hand, and from too many people I cannot count, the unprofessionalism and shoddy service on how McCluskey ruins vehicles brought in for service. Driving home the first day we bought it , it kept pulling off the right side of the road have to fight to keep it on the road. Took it back the next morning. Said they aligned it and rotated tires. Drove it again same thing. Took it back.they kept it 4 days and put over 100 miles on it and said nothing is wrong with it. The mechanic told me it's got a problem with the lower control arm. But the owners son is now making him say otherwise. They sold us a dangerous car and claim we just don't know how to drive. They don't want to give up repair paperwork you have to fight with them to get your paperwork and then they faulsify the repairs on paper. They tell you one thing but write another. They threatened to void our warranty because I don't believe what they tell me. Don't buy from McCluskey. They are liars and crooks. I have proof. The 48 hr test drive is a lie. They just want your money not your trust. While you wait on them your doing a LEMON stand. Go else where. All evil comes with a smile More
