If you haven’t scheduled an appointment, no one wants to bother taking on an unscheduled appointment, even though the dealership states that walk-ins are welcome. It’s unbelievable in 2024 that people think it’s okay to treat people this way, but I guess there is a status-quo and culture that makes this behavior seem normal to everyone here. More
