I came in for an oil change and for a spare key to be
made. The oil change was done quickly and professionally, however there was a hitch with my spare key. There was an unforeseen crazy circumstance tha
made. The oil change was done quickly and professionally, however there was a hitch with my spare key. There was an unforeseen crazy circumstance that was of no fault to the dealership. They could have kept my vehicle there and they could have tried to make a spare key without the proper information, equipment, and mechanic that they needed. They could have just tried to attempt a quick fix, that may or may not have worked, but Justin had me re-schedule so that the proper time, and attention would be devoted to doing the job right. He also wanted to make sure that the right mechanic would be available to do the job, so that there would not be any damage to my vehicle. Justin is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also appreciate his honesty, and for looking out for me. In addition, I am thankful for the courtesy driver that will bring me back to work, while my car is being worked on. I look forward to my appointment next week, and the fact that I can trust my vehicle with this dealership.
