I have cracks in my dash cluster glass. I was told that the master mechanic of 20 years never saw this before. Nothing was done other than giving me a phone number to call Toyota. That is e I was told that the master mechanic of 20 years never saw this before. Nothing was done other than giving me a phone number to call Toyota. That is extremely unacceptable. I’m a service manager at a dealership and I would never Ganda customer a phone number as tell them to call the OEM. This issue with the dash is all over the internet. Very confused and not happy.
