I had no idea that it would take 7 hours to do an oil change. I was stuck at home & I didn’t get any updates on what was taking so long. I called at 2pm (after 4 hours) & found out that they hadn’t even change. I was stuck at home & I didn’t get any updates on what was taking so long. The customer service was terrible. There was no communication between the dealership and myself. I had to constantly call to get an update on my vehicle and when I did call no one answ There was no communication between the dealership and myself. I had to constantly call to get an update on my vehicle and when I did call no one answered the phone. Another family member called and got answers before I even did. I had to go to the dealership twice to ask about my car and they looked at my like I was talking nonsense. When I asked about a loaner car they stated they only did rentals and that it was a month long wait list. When I asked to talk to the manager, Stephanie stated that he was not there and that she would get a hold of another manager but never got one and left. I was told to come the following morning to speak to the manager. I got upset because it could’ve been a phone call conversation. I had to Uber 30 mins for them to tell me they could not help me. Overall, BIG STAR HYUNDAI is terrible at communicating with their clients. More
