Stuff happens, but the follow-up from both the dealer and support has been less than adequate. Not a loaner car, and put me in a cheap rental, and so far, very poor follow-up from customer support. The stores need to have the ability to answer questions vs. being handed off to the support center that clearly has no urgency. Sean Flynn More

I wish more dealerships had sales ppl like Jose, since the time I got out of my car, he didn’t pressure me and showed me exactly what I wanted to do. He didn’t try to sway me to another car. I organised to have it delivered but no one ever updated me as to when it would be delivered. A few days after organising the delivery I got a call saying they were going to be at the house in half and hour me as to when it would be delivered. A few days after organising the delivery I got a call saying they were going to be at the house in half and hour!!!...Luckily I was only half and hour away from the house at the time and could work it into my schedule to meet them. The truck came with the rear lights faulty..they do not work except for the running lights and reverse lights. No brake lights, no turn signal lights. I asked for the locking wheel nuts to not be included but they charged me for them anyway and only installed two out of four. I asked that the Stargard be removed as it is a useless tool.they said they would not remove it....you get vehicle tracking in uconnect, why would you pay for it twice..total scam and a complete overpriced ripoff fraud. When I received it and tried to get the Stargard registered Stargard said it was disconnected and would have to be returned to the dealership for activation. So, fraud. The dealership is a 16 hour round trip. Not happening. I could not understand one single voice message that Villanueva left..he was completely incomprehensible due to mumbling. When I contacted him via email about they Stargard fraud I got no reply. The truck came with no owners manual. I have no use for a 300 page digital version that I have to look at on a 4 inch phone on the road or in an emergency. The price ended up not being the price..there was a hidden rebate in there of $6000 so It was NOT available to everyone and should not have been advertised as the price. The invoice they gave me DID NOT stipulate how the rebate was not paid and hence DMV wanted to charge me taxes twice because the invoice was wrong. So, all in all one of the most miserable dealership experiences I have ever had, and this is my 4th Ram truck. More
