Everything went well until an issue arose. The sales staff was great. The only problem was that on my drive down to Santa Barbara, my brand-new 90K+ truck with only 800 miles on it had a transmission failure. Stuff happens, but the follow-up from both the dealer and support has been less than adequate. Not a loaner car, and put me in a cheap rental, and so far, very poor follow-up from customer support. The stores need to have the ability to answer questions vs. being handed off to the support center that clearly has no urgency. Sean Flynn More
