Just traded in my car and had such a great experience with the whole team. Car buying can be stressful, but everyone made the process feel easy, comfortable, and actually exciting. Rick was amazing from start to finish — professional, honest, patient, and so kind to my kids. Never once made me feel pressured, which I appreciated so much. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people and is incredible at what he does. Seriously, Rick could sell anything 😂 Armando helped get me in the door and stayed persistent, Walter worked hard to make the deal happen for me, and Vanessa took the time to explain all my coverage options and made everything smooth at the end. I honestly just wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves to be recognized. Armando was the one who got me to come into the dealership, and I’m glad he did because Rick made the exp customer service deserves to be recognized. Buying a car is a huge decision and can feel stressful, especially when you have kids with you, but Rick never once made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient, professional, down to earth, and genuinely kind the entire time. He was also really sweet with my kids, and as a mom, that honestly meant a lot to me. Even though I needed time to think everything over before making a final decision, I left feeling happy and respected instead of overwhelmed. That’s rare nowadays. 10 stars for Rick honestly.
