I honestly just wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves to be recognized. Armando was the one who got me to come into the dealership, and I’m glad he did because Rick made the exp customer service deserves to be recognized. Armando was the one who got me to come into the dealership, and I’m glad he did because Rick made the experience feel easy and comfortable from the start. Buying a car is a huge decision and can feel stressful, especially when you have kids with you, but Rick never once made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient, professional, down to earth, and genuinely kind the entire time. He was also really sweet with my kids, and as a mom, that honestly meant a lot to me. Even though I needed time to think everything over before making a final decision, I left feeling happy and respected instead of overwhelmed. That’s rare nowadays. 10 stars for Rick honestly.
