From the moment I scheduled the appointment, I began receiving multiple text messages from sales asking if I wanted to sell my car. Even my father, who simply dropped me off, was approached and asked if receiving multiple text messages from sales asking if I wanted to sell my car. This felt very pushy and inappropriate given that I was there strictly for a service appointment. Communication about my vehicle throughout the day was also very poor. I was told to watch for a text message from a specific area code with service updates, but I never received anything. This created confusion and frustration, especially since I rely on my vehicle for work and needed to know the status of the service. This was the second time I have brought my car to this location since owning it where my vehicle sat there all day and was never worked on. When a customer schedules an appointment, it is reasonable to expect the vehicle will at least be looked at that day. Because of these repeated issues, I will not be returning to this location for service. It seems the service department may be scheduling more vehicles than they can realistically handle in a day, which leads to poor communication and customers being left without answers. For comparison, I am currently having my vehicle serviced at the Jeep dealership in Fremont and the experience has been far more organized, communicative, and professional. More
