You gave me a heads up at the beginning of possible delays but said you will try your best and rise to the occasion. You kept me updated and when you missed my call, you called right back. Truck was delivered within the same day. This is a great look for the service team and I hope this is the new standard, 5 stars to the SLCJD team! More
