I was scheduled via the bot, not a human. When I arrived I was told the timing wasn't great ( a human wouldn't have given me that time slot), but they were able to work on my car anyway & it When I arrived I was told the timing wasn't great ( a human wouldn't have given me that time slot), but they were able to work on my car anyway & it was repaired faster than expected. I needed to attach a new license late. When the plate arrived 2 days later I couldn't attach it because a special tool is required to unscrew the new screws (despite only regular screws needed for the other plate). Thus, I needed to make a 2nd appt. - unsure if this appt. was made through another bot. It seems no 2nd appt. should've been needed as removing the screws & putting in 2 normal ones would take 2 minutes. The cost for the parts and repair was more than the estimate - tax forgotten? Also, this is the 2nd time I didn't receive a call from the service dept. that parts had arrived - each time I called parts on my own. More
