When you go in to buy a car, the sale man and finance manager they promised you that if you have any questions, you can contact them at any time, but when the problem comes, you can't find anyone. Bait and switch pricing. Agreed on a price with the salesperson with a handshake. Finance person came out and told me my credit was fine (over 700). Go to finance to sign the papers and all of a sudden the monthly payment was several dollars higher because of my credit score, which had been fine 15 minutes ago. Earlier, I had found a nail in the tire of the car I was buying. It couldn’t be patched, so they replaced it. My belief is they passed the cost onto me when it came time to sign. I should have walked out at that point, but had already been there for a few hours. AVOID!!! More
