I got my oil changed, and I also rotated my tires and was educated on the age and the where all in all a great experience.!

Although there is a $20 discount for oil change service after 1pm, the cashier and Service Rep forgot to ensure that the discount was reflected in our final bill. We ad to return for the refund. We were also advised that the engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacement and showed us the current filters. We said no because it is basic maintenance that we can do ourselves. However, when we replaced the old cabin air filter, we discovered it had been put back incorrectly.
I do not remember the names of any of the Service Department staff.
