I recently scheduled service for my 2020 Ford Edge due to transmission issues. Since we had a vacation planned, arranging the appointment after our return worked out perfectly. Joe French, our service associate, was exceptional—helpful, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. The vehicle was kept overnight, and Klaben Ford provided us with a rental, which made things incredibly convenient. Fortunately, the Edge only required a software update. Joe even followed up a couple of days later to check on the car’s performance, which speaks volumes about the level of care Klaben provides. Having purchased several vehicles from Klaben dealerships since the 1980s, I’ve witnessed impressive strides in both customer service and sales. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Klaben Ford to others. More
