My vehicle was serviced at Palmer Dodge. The technician scratched the paint and tried to cover it up with touch up paint. When asked by the service advisor he admitted to it. At first, the service manager was willing to get it fixed using a local body shop. The shop in question cuts corners and does not do quality work. I submitted estimates from a body shop I wanted the vehicle to be repaired at. They refused. They said I would be contacted by their insurance company for repairs. That never happened. Now the service manager said they will pay the bill only if I jump through hoops and make sure they get photo documentation of the repair process. The damage was done there and they need to pay the bill. I should not have to be inconvenienced. More
