My husband had never bought a new car and never dealt with a dealership so he was a little leery about the process. Instantly, we all connected. Jerry spent countless hours with us ALL SUMMER LONG!!!! My husband is an engineer so his process is VERY methodical, to say the least!!! Never once did Jerry get impatient!!! He was honest, helpful and GENUINELY wanted us to ultimately be HAPPY with our purchase!!!! My husband STILL had questions with his pen in hand before signing the final papers! Jerry still was more than helpful. He REALLY took the time to LISTEN to our needs and wants, rather than to try to SELL us on whatever might have made him a better commission.
