I had stopped at a local dealership where I live and they could not even come close to what Klaben was offering. I got more options for a better price! The finance team was remarkable and very professional and knew the products very well. I had lived in the Kent/Ravenna area for years and never knew this was such a fantastic and family oriented dealership. I will recommend Ty Davis and Klaben Ford to all of my friends and family! It shouldn't make a difference that I am a woman and was buying my car alone, and neither Doug nor Matt treated me with anything but respect. I will definitely be back. Even Jennifer Bowen in the final process with the finance documentation was so kind and supportive. Buying a car can be incredibly stressful, unless you go to Klaben. More

Transferring my recently renewed vanity plates to this vehicle, contacting my insurance carrier,instructing me on many of the essentials to drive such an advanced vehicle were all wonderfully received. The young lady Jennifer who finalized all the paperwork was very informative and explained various questions. Now all I have to do is get use to using all the bells and whistles. After searching online for the various used MKZ's, I came across Klaben. Roscoe was wonderful to deal with as was Jenn his Finance Manager. Very professional and courteous. I have never been in a Ford / Lincoln dealership and I was very impressed! 2 days later - I LOVE my MKZ and will definitely be back! I cannot recommend Klaben or Roscoe high enough. More

Terry was simply awesome. We've never been in a Klaben dealership before yesterday and when we walked in we were greeted by Terry Baughman. He was fabulous. He was not pushy We've never been in a Klaben dealership before yesterday and when we walked in we were greeted by Terry Baughman. He was fabulous. He was not pushy or we would have walked out. I believe he was honest and he spent so much time with us going over the car and explaining how certain things work on the car. When he had to leave us at the table to go get the keys for a test drive he explained to us where he was going and he came back quickly. I can't even tell you how many times he told us if we have any trouble to call HIM. He gave us his cell phone number and several business cards. Klaben is so very lucky to have him on their team. Jennifer in finance was also so polite and bubbly. She smiled through our whole process and explained thing perfectly. More
