I had serious issues with my previously leased vehicle from a different automaker, and Brandon was amazing and found a great deal for me! I leased a brand new 2016 Ford Focus SE with the Appearance Package. He worked very hard and was quite thorough when going through the options of the vehicle and finance. Paperwork was seamlessly simple and flowed smoothly. Jenn was excellent with this as well as I signed paperwork and asked questions along the way, and she always had an answer! The staff here at Klaben were also very courteous to others just as you would expect, however they go above and beyond for any customer possible, including myself. I greatly appreciate the hard work everyone goes through at Klaben to make this the most amazing car buying experience yet! I will continue to shop here for my future vehicle purchases.
