Being budget conscious we had wanted to wait a couple more years. That was not to be the case. Our last purchase was from Klaben and we always have our repairs and maintenance done there. Kim in the service dept. notified Danny S. in sales of the situation and that we were planning to stop by. When we came in Danny was already up to speed and after our getting reacquainted we got down to business. We checked out a couple of vehicles that evening but needed to center in on the "perfect" vehicle for us. Early the next morning the "tag team" was off and running with us and it wasn't long before we not only had selected our 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, but the paper work was being completed. We cleaned out the two cars we were trading in so we could become a one vehicle family signed the papers and took off with a brand new completely clean Escape with a full tank of gas. Kim, Danny, Andy, Eben and Jennifer all worked so well together. We love the team work and we love our new Escape. Thanks Klaben, you are the BEST! More
