I had serious issues with my previously leased vehicle from a different automaker, and Brandon was amazing and found a great deal for me! I leased a brand new 2016 Ford Focus SE with the Appearance Package. He worked very hard and was quite thorough when going through the options of the vehicle and finance. Paperwork was seamlessly simple and flowed smoothly. Jenn was excellent with this as well as I signed paperwork and asked questions along the way, and she always had an answer! The staff here at Klaben were also very courteous to others just as you would expect, however they go above and beyond for any customer possible, including myself. I greatly appreciate the hard work everyone goes through at Klaben to make this the most amazing car buying experience yet! I will continue to shop here for my future vehicle purchases. New Truck purchase When my wife and I arrived at Klaben, we were there to see Mike Cooney. We have a relationship with Mike and did not want to deal with anyone else. Wh When my wife and I arrived at Klaben, we were there to see Mike Cooney. We have a relationship with Mike and did not want to deal with anyone else. When we arrived Mike was dealing with a "difficult" customer. He directed Eben Wicks to help us until he was done. Eben is young which usually means I would not like dealing with him. Eben surprised me. Eben was knowledgable, friendly and attentive. He worked hard to assist us in selecting a vehicle and explaining the vehicle to us. I wanted a simple truck, which is not made anymore. Eben explained the new truck to me and worked well with my "old school" attitude. Eben showed me all the new features of trucks and explained them to me in a way that I could understand. Jennifer Bowen from Finance was great to work with. Friendly and outgoing. She also knows her job and made the paperwork process easier. Jennifer knows the warrenty options and helped us select the warranties that worked best for us.She shared parts of her life with us and made us feel like she wanted to help us and it was not a burdon to deal with us. I had a bed liner put in the new truck and had dealings with Kim from Service on the day of the purchase. My wife and I also know Kim Wolfram from past dealings with Klaben. Kim is simply great. She knows her job and does it well. She takes the time to explain every part of the process of getting a vehicle serviced. My old vehicle had some problems and the repair process was difficult for the tech to reapir because of the condition of the truck. Throughout the process, Kim was there keeping me updated and giving me honest progress reports. . Throughout the process Mike was overseeing everything. Mike knows that I am not one to deal with an unknown person. Mike made sure that my wife and I were happy with the process throughout and who was helping us. Mike is a no nonsence sales person and his honesty and integrity are the reason that we go to Klaben. I was sure that Mike knew what he was doing when he had Eben assist us and he was correct. Overall the experience was excellent. The attitude and dedication of the staff at Klaben Ford made the process enjoyable for us. I do not like buying cars becuase of the process. The staff at Klaben made the entire process better. There was no pressure to buy something I did not want or need. The staff simply explained options and let us decide what was best for us. I would reccomend them to anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln vehicle. More
