They must give me $1500 rebates for Toyota rebate and college graduate rebate for Toyota Corolla 2022, however, they have their own calculation and it is not counted there. These rebates have never been calculated in my invoice and they added some additional costs instead. What they say over the phone (regarding the price) is completely different than what they say in the dealership. They always want to convince the customer over the phone. However, once I get there, they never fulfill their promises. They explicitly said that they wanted to sell their vehicles higher than MSRP price. It is unfortunate to say that I have contacted to the General Manager of this dealer and he re-emphasize that they were charging above MSRP due to chip shortage. He refused to refund me. The salesperson promised different things, such as cheap insurance, 3-year roadside assistance rather than 2-year roadside assistance, etc. But he did not take the insurance for me and did not fulfill his other promises. They added extra packaged to the vehicle, however, the prices of their packages in Toyota website are much cheaper than that. This dealer is not recommended. More
