Service Department is a MESS! !! The service director, Jeff Krasner, has no idea what he is doing & doesn't take responsibility for anything, even when he knows he is in the wrong. !! The service director, Jeff Krasner, has no idea what he is doing & doesn't take responsibility for anything, even when he knows he is in the wrong. Instead, he puts fault on the customer. I dropped my vehicle off with 954 miles. When I picked it up, it had 2,878 miles, yet Jeff states no one drove my vehicle. I own a Toyota, but I will never go to this location again. More

There was a long wait despite arriving at my appointment time. I was met with Bad attitudes and angry responses when I simply asked how long the service would take. Had to track down someone wondering around with my paperwork. The paperwork indicated that only 3 brake linings had been checkedThough the person on the phone was very friendly, it is unclear why he scheduled my appointment at such a busy time.. when my car was finished, at about 11:00 there was no line of cars waiting for service.I had said I could come in anytime. More
