Feels like a poorly run assembly line when it comes to service. When you call into the dealership for service, you get transferred to an outside answering service that can’t get in touch with anyone physi service. It took two weeks to get a tire put on, when it was already ordered. I had to raise xxxx just to get someone to get it done. Wouldn’t buy another car here based on service experience so far. More

The service was poor. After arriving home I attempted to lock the doors with the remote nothing happened. I thought maybe it’s the remote battery so I opened the door an After arriving home I attempted to lock the doors with the remote nothing happened. I thought maybe it’s the remote battery so I opened the door and attempted to press the lock button and nothing. I then tried to start the car and nothing. The service report said the battery was okay, but I went ahead and opened the hood and to my shock the battery terminal clamp was dislodged from the post!!!! Guessing it wasn’t secured. It was likely manipulated in some way because the time in my car was wrong when they gave me my vehicle back and the passenger window wouldn’t go down. When I called my service agent he said he would let the manager know because someone should have inspected the car. I doubt it since I did have to return to the dealership initially after leaving because they hadn’t turned the maintenance light off I thought I’d wait to fill out the survey because I thought maybe the manager would call, but didn’t hear anything. It’s disappointing and because I don’t live near there I had to resolve this issue on my own. More

The 3 people who worked at the service desk were horrible and unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced. I complained that I made a reservation for 8:30am and my car had still not been seen by 9:15. When and unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced. When I went to the service desk the two other employees in the background laughed at me like it was a joke when I complained. The young woman who I was talking to was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude and went and got Zac who was the service manager. Zac and Jeff were incredibly professional and rushed my car through service. I have no complaints with them. In fact they were both wonderful to deal with. This is not a complaint about them. I have leased two Tacomas at your dealership and have brought my truck there for all its service needs. Not only was this situation incredibly horrible, but I question coming back. Being laughed at in front of other customers was embarrassing and demeaning. I have never requested this before, but I hope you fire them all. -Chris Amaral More
