I brought my 2025 Toyota RAV4 LE to the service department for a warranty recall on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Jeff Silvers, was rude and unprofessio department for a warranty recall on July 15, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Jeff Silvers, was rude and unprofessional. He told me the recall would take about two hours to complete. Instead, I waited for more than three hours without receiving a single update. When I finally asked about the status of my vehicle, he responded rudely, saying he didn't know, without offering any explanation or making any effort to find out. What was even more concerning was that after leaving the dealership, I discovered that my horn was no longer working. A few days later, I took my vehicle to Toyota of Marietta, where I received outstanding customer service. Their technicians informed me that the horn had most likely been disconnected during the previous recall service and was never reconnected. This was a very disappointing experience. A warranty recall should be performed carefully and professionally. The poor communication, the rude attitude of the service advisor, and the apparent mistake made during the repair have caused me to lose confidence in this service department. More
