I am a long standing on going customer of DeanTeam. I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’ I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Annie didn’t hesitate to service my vehicle. All done in the same day even though they were really busy servicing other clients she made sure I was taken care of, btw I own a GM product and bring it to them b/c the staff is trained to service every make and model. Today was my best experience to date. My car was pulled in back right away and within 30 we had a diagnosis and agreed to a plan. Best of all got my car back in about 3.5 hours. My oil was still black after it was changed! ! Not only that, my tire pressure light went on the day after my oil was changed. I thought they "changed" oil and checked tire pressure . I want to !
