This service appt went very well meaning it was uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which was odd but in the end they honored it. William checked me in and Naim checked me out. Both were very courteous and respectful. Received a call when service was done and car was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership. Like I said, everything went off like clock work. Have driven the car for about 100 miles and all is still good. Nicely done. One recommendation I would have is providing estimated pricing on the service paperwork before you sign. I myself knew the work being done on my car was going to be pricey and I had a ball park figure in mind. I could see where some might be surprised. It would be good if they could get you an estimated cost before having to sign the service request. More
