I just want to thank the team at Handy Toyota for their incredible customer service, kind and welcoming nature, as well as friendly and personable staff. It just goes to show that you can go to a vehicle dealership in VT and can expect to talk to real, down-to-earth Vermonters. I appreciate the help and insight given by Samantha and Dennis, and I appreciated meeting Jason as well as getting Hilary and Ethan’s business cards. The staff at Handy Toyota are incredibly professional and the service provided is top notch. They washed my new truck for me before I drove it home at the end of January in Vermont :) Nothing but love! More

This service appt went very well meaning it was uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which was odd but in the end they honored it. William checked me in and Naim checked me out. Both were very courteous and respectful. Received a call when service was done and car was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership. Like I said, everything went off like clock work. Have driven the car for about 100 miles and all is still good. Nicely done. One recommendation I would have is providing estimated pricing on the service paperwork before you sign. I myself knew the work being done on my car was going to be pricey and I had a ball park figure in mind. I could see where some might be surprised. It would be good if they could get you an estimated cost before having to sign the service request. More
