The salesman, Dom, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing, Je was able to answer all of my questions. There was a couple of questions he was unable to answer, but he was able to obtain the a I was purchasing, Je was able to answer all of my questions. There was a couple of questions he was unable to answer, but he was able to obtain the answer from other knowledgeable staff members. The dealership stood behind Dom and we were able to come to an agreement which led to one happy customer and a successful transaction. Thank you, Spitzer of Monroeville! The sales department and financing folks performed as a team and were transparent from the outset. Tyler Seddon was my salesperson and kept in constant communication with me throughout the sales process. H team and were transparent from the outset. Tyler Seddon was my salesperson and kept in constant communication with me throughout the sales process. He was consummate professional. The service assistant manager Deana Hicks was rude, unprofessional disrespectful and abrupt when asking about time for rental car so I could make a phone call to work. This was after bringing bew truck in for undercoating Worst treatment ever had a dealership! More
