However, after completing the transaction, my experience took a disappointing turn. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered several challenges with customer service. There seems to be a noticeable lack of communication between the dealer and the shop, which has led to misunderstandings and frustration on my end. I found it difficult to get timely and accurate information regarding my vehicle, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth ownership experience. I believe effective communication and customer support are vital in building lasting relationships with customers. I hope my feedback can help identify areas for improvement, ensuring that future customers have a better experience post-purchase. More

I had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change, it took 3 hours, unacceptable. When it was done there were service recommendations one being a new air filter for 92$, really I bought a KN filter for 19$ and hours, unacceptable. The brake fluid change and alignment were recommended, after 3 hours forget it. I've bought 3 Jeeps from this dealership, what happened? Total lack of urgency, the service rep was pleasant and professional, obviously a management issue. I'll only be back when you get your act together, You probably should have spent the remodeling money on staff. More

I sent a note to over 15 dealers in WA State witht the car I wanted - it was nothing crazy but I had to have a Baltic Gray Altitude with as FEW miles on it as possible. I emailed the Inet. Manager Matthew Trujilloand he was the first to respond to me out of every dealer I sent the exact same message to. SJ had the best price and made the transaction as easy as could be. The car was pulled up and had plenty of gas for a drive, and the nice gal Katelyn showed me all the features (she said she has the same mode, so she was a bit of an expert). I was in and out in an hour and I felt like they truly valued my time. This is the mark of an exceptional dealership in the modern age, and I for one enjoy an experience rather than the Tesla "this is just a transaction" approach. Cars are very emotional purchases, it not like buying a computer. I appreciate the human interaction aspect of a purchase. More

I was told multiple times while looking at vehicles that I they were "doing me a favor". Read the fine print, or they will surely use it to take advantage of you. There are multiple asterisks on pricing of vehicles and an entire second webpage dedicated to fine print. I ended up buying from another dealership who told me they have had multiple other customers express that Seattle Jeep attempted to bait and switch or use loop holes in their advertisements to charge more at the time of sale. Be careful out there. More

They don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in o you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in on ANOTHER new one and they would take mine in (2400 miles) for used car prices! it’s a 2023 Latitude it’s been in the shop a total of 4 .times and they recognized the problem but because there were no codes showing they didn’t know what to repair and I would just have to live with it. Issues with the truck that needed to be fixed had not been done. Truck still had no detailing. Stickers all over the truck. And on top of that the Manager was very rude!! If you looking for customers service stay away from Seattle Jeep! More
