However, after completing the transaction, my experience took a disappointing turn. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered several challenges with customer service. There seems to be a noticeable lack of communication between the dealer and the shop, which has led to misunderstandings and frustration on my end. I found it difficult to get timely and accurate information regarding my vehicle, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth ownership experience. I believe effective communication and customer support are vital in building lasting relationships with customers.
