Everything was good with the exception my oil change took two and a half hours. Had an appointment at 8:30 and would have been nice if someone would let me know it was going to be longer two and a half hours. Diagnostic was incorrect. Not the drive train it was the power train!!! Wasted hours of my time and two unnecessary trip to the dealer. I‘ve had multiple issues with the service I’ve received at this location. Every time I bring up an issue, there’s always an excuse or a lack of accountability. I was there on Feb 3 for an oil change then t at this location. Every time I bring up an issue, there’s always an excuse or a lack of accountability. I was there on Feb 3 for an oil change then they did not reset my oil sensor. When I called back the next day, the receptionist told me that I could just do it on my own. Why would I have to do that? I’m sure I am paying for a service and I’m not getting 100% of that service. I also brought up that my mileage was not updated on my paperwork. The receptionist then asked if it was the sticker for my car. No, again I repeated that it was paperwork and she just did not have anything to say about this. I understand my accent might come off a little strong but I try to speak slowly and clearly when I call in. You are in Seattle, with multiple people with different language backgrounds. When I’ve brought this up to management previously, they use this as an excuse. Pretty much telling me that it’s my fault that they cannot understand. Really bad service and customer attention well or there lack of. More
