Would’ve given dealership a 5 but a little bitter as a long time customer and they did not honor a 10% coupon after I checked out. I forgot I had it. I think many places would be proactive to ask about it. Was a $150 savings and just a hard no-sorry, when I mentioned it. Take care of the customer. Especially your loyal ones. More
