After several months of car repairs and due to the age of our cars, we proceeded to purchase a 2026 GLC 350 E4. James answered our questions and made us feel welcome to reach out to him at any time. We were not accustomed to all the latest technology, so it was a bit intimidating initially. I called James the next morning and he said where are you I will be there. James showed up in no time got my vehicle started and told me to go to the service department and he was with me the entire time until my vehicle was finish. James gives you the true Mercedes experience from start to finish. If I could give James 100 stars, I would he is the Best. All of my referrals will go to James he is number one to me.
