I called James the next morning and he said where are you I will be there. James showed up in no time got my vehicle started and told me to go to the service department and he was with me the entire time until my vehicle was finish. James gives you the true Mercedes experience from start to finish. If I could give James 100 stars, I would he is the Best. All of my referrals will go to James he is number one to me.
