Service advisor had no business card and told me his phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. They left my cabin air filter on the seat phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. They left my cabin air filter on the seat because the glove box was locked, rather than calling me in the customer waiting area to give them the key to unlock. I felt this was very unprofessional. Then when I finally reached the service advisor after I got home, he said I could install it myself, which I could not. Now, I have to make a separate trip back to the service department to take care of something that easily could have been done while I was there. I was disappointed to say the least! More

I was iso a vehicle that was in high demand and (seemed like) impossible to get. I reached out with low hopes on fb seeing if anyone knew where I could find this vehicle anywhere in the USA. Jaker followed like) impossible to get. I reached out with low hopes on fb seeing if anyone knew where I could find this vehicle anywhere in the USA. Jaker followed up with me about 1 week after I posted telling me he had what I wanted coming in about a month, straight off of the ship. I snatched my deposit back from another dealership, where I had been on a waiting list for the vehicle for six months for this vehicle, and sent it to Jaker. I was able to have my vehicle delivered to my 1 week before I gave birth to my baby boy. Just in time!! Thank you for helping me find the vehicle of my dreams! More
