For the last 20 years I’ve purchased all my cars from carmax, since one bad experience with a dealership that left me traumatized by then pressure they put on me. I have to say, BMW of Catonsville proved to me that not all dealerships are like that. I am sorry pleased with the service that I’ve received in the purchase for my daughter’s car. Not only Nakia Spencer and Athina Batis made it possible for me to purchase the car I wanted for my daughter but, also respected my time as I let them know that I had a meeting to attend that day. They expedited the process to get me out in time for my meeting. I am definitely recommending the whole team that worked with me in this deal. I am hoping to do business with them in the future More
