This dealership I go out of my way to get service. They have great customer service, refreshments and snacks while you wait and a very nice work area or relax area with TV, your choice. I was told by representative I would be in and out for a 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representat 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representative to remind them I was here. I was told paperwork must have been misplaced. The Service Manager found my warranty work as my original service rep went to lunch. 10 minutes later a Christmas tree plastic screw and tailgate bumper was placed back on my truck. I was Disappointed as I usually go there for all my work and I was told I would be in and out because it was a quick fix but needed a tech to screw in screw to be covered under warranty. More
