I was told by representative I would be in and out for a 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representat 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representative to remind them I was here. I was told paperwork must have been misplaced. The Service Manager found my warranty work as my original service rep went to lunch. 10 minutes later a Christmas tree plastic screw and tailgate bumper was placed back on my truck. I was Disappointed as I usually go there for all my work and I was told I would be in and out because it was a quick fix but needed a tech to screw in screw to be covered under warranty. More

I was very disappointed that I made an appointment for Thursday 8am and my vehicle wasn't looked at until Friday. This ment that when the diagnosis was done and I had to wait for a part that I now went th Thursday 8am and my vehicle wasn't looked at until Friday. I called the service department when my window cable snapped and I couldn't close the window. They told me to come in right away and have a look what the issue is. They called and told me that I would n snapped and I couldn't close the window. They told me to come in right away and have a look what the issue is. They called and told me that I would need a new actuator. It took two days to get the part and I was back on the road. More
