Why bother to make an appointment? Arrived a little prior to my 9:30am appt and was told they hadn't started on the 8am appointments yet. The courtesy drivers that took be to and from home were very polite and the service was necessary due to the very slow service. Like most folks, I can't sit around and wait for half a day for my pre-paid oil change. It makes me wonder if they sell this package with the intent of providing such poor service I won't ever go back. This experience is consistent with my other experiences at CC Toyota. Service advisors are simply a smiling (sometimes) impediment between the customer and the people that actually know something. My "advisor" had a condescending air that implied he only dealt with customers because he had to, but they were somewhat beneath him. More
