I asked the representative when he checked me in for recall appointment that I needed something fix in the opening of the gas tank and when I picked up my car I noticed it was not fixed. All they needed recall appointment that I needed something fix in the opening of the gas tank and when I picked up my car I noticed it was not fixed. All they needed to do was look into it, I wasn’t asking to get something done for free. I don’t understand what happened to service at Joyce Honda? I will not be bringing my car back to this location where customers get disregarded when they have a concern. More
