Geoff was real. No xx. Made my wife and I comfortable without pushing. But the good salesman is always that way. But..,Very unlike when we went into that other r No xx. But..,Very unlike when we went into that other room with the guy who tried to upsell us the warranty and other items. (Mahmoud ? Something like that) Even after I told him NO, I noticed that he kept it on the sales sheet in a totally sleazy move. I looked at him and asked if he apparently did not hear me three times. He says, annoyed, “OK! Have it your way.” What? xxx. “Yes, it IS our way” The worst. We bought two cars from you guys and he tries to sleaze that by us. Please understand something. This gives your great dealership a bad reputation. The same thing happened to me at Roseville BMW 3 years ago. I thought it would not happen at Niello. But, The “extras guy” puts a total damper on what was a great performance by Geoff who sold us two cars. You really need to make some sleaze factor changes. Again, Geoff was the best. Hands down. And I love my car. But please know when referring you to others we will have to warn them. More

Geoff did a great job helping me secure the car I wanted on short notice. I bought the car a night, and he brought me the details of what repairs had been done on the car (replacing a tire). Very happy with on short notice. I bought the car a night, and he brought me the details of what repairs had been done on the car (replacing a tire). Very happy with the car. There was a tear in the seat I did not notice in the dark. Overall happy with my purchase. Thank you! More

I typically dread having to go into a car dealership for a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days a a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days ago. Let me tell you what, I honestly don’t know where to begin to explain on how GREAT of an experience I had here at Niello! From start to finish, it was a fast and friendly experience, that I can honestly say I have never experienced anywhere else before, EVER! Communication was outstanding. I didn’t get low balled for my trade in like other places. I was treated with respect and dignity, (which I know many of you reading this have experienced the exact opposite elsewhere). I drove almost 100 miles to make the deal. They held the vehicle for me, ended up getting me a better deal than their in house financing offered, and I was able to leave with the vehicle, as well as scheduled maintenance, premium extended warranty, AND gap insurance. Ozzie was a blast to deal with. We shared stories with each other which was cool, and every single person I interacted with there (forgive me for forgetting their names), was very much an experience that I enjoyed. I can’t say enough how GREAT of an experience this was, and if you value your time and money, look no place other than Niello BMW Elk Grove! More

I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . An associate at the service dept informed me that service was closing shortly. I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! My wife loves her new X3 and is getting familiar with the tech and operation of her powerful BMW X3.Thanks to everyone at Niello that made this day turn out great for us! Thanks BMW Group. More

Geoff was great! I’ve been looking for the right car for a couple months and had settled in a car. I went in to meet Geoff to sell my old car and go buy the car I wan I’ve been looking for the right car for a couple months and had settled in a car. I set an appointment to see a car. When I arrived I was welcomed by kind people. The problem I had was that the salesman, despite me setting an appointment to see this specific car, di When I arrived I was welcomed by kind people. The problem I had was that the salesman, despite me setting an appointment to see this specific car, didn’t know much about it. I had to google most of the features and even then had a hard time. It’s a bummer that even after making it convenient to show the car by setting a date and time to see it that no one was prepped on showing it. I even had to google how to open the sun roof lol. (My last car was an oldie so I admittedly know nothing about the newer cars) There was also tons of finger prints in the car and it needed a vacuum. All that aside it’s not a big deal at all. Just not the best experience. What bothers me is that I asked when the car was last maintenance and I was assured it was just a few months prior but no other details were mentioned. I purchased the car to come and find out that my car is due for maintenance 3 days later. Surprise. Over all the people were nice but there’s no point in setting appointments to see a car and always make sure they are transparent with how much you’ll have to shell out on maintenance immediately after purchasing. More
