Louis was mindful of the vehicle I was looking for and where I needed to be payment wise. Took the time to find the deal I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond to take care of prepping and swapp where I needed to be payment wise. Took the time to find the deal I was comfortable with. Very difficult to get anyone in service to answer the phone I called 15 time in 2 day no answer, the i call and left 3 messages to have Gavin call me the next day another 2 messages. I understand being s phone I called 15 time in 2 day no answer, the i call and left 3 messages to have Gavin call me the next day another 2 messages. I understand being short handed but 3 days before I get an update is crazy. Its not Gavin fault but 2 of my 4 brand new tires getting popped and having them replaced is crazy even when im not charged is unnecessary. More

Don’t know everybody’s full names but Mike scheduled a service appointment and arranged that our car world be picked up, serviced and returned. We would receive a loaner during that time. Our battery service appointment and arranged that our car world be picked up, serviced and returned. We would receive a loaner during that time. Our battery died and we called 3 days early. Gavin told us to come right in. This was extremely important as our car was sitting in the garage, running and couldn’t be turned off. Gavin met us when we arrived and was absolutely GREAT. He got everything organized and we left in the loaner car. Joe French kept us posted on the progress of the service and was available for any questions. Although Service closes at 5pm, he arranged for someone to stay a little later to wait for us. Kim Woltram waited for us. She was WONDERFUL. she had everything ready for us, went over the bill section by section, processed our payment, took in the rental, gave us our keys and we were on our way. Klaben was great and you should be proud of every single employee . More

Mr. Fano was excellent to work with, professional and prompt. He gave clear directions on what was needed for service and the breakdown of the costs and benefits. Bought a brand-new Bronco - it is a great vehicle! Louis was very easy to work with, answered all my questions and helped me get just what I wanted.
