Gavin Fano, the service writer was very helpful and explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. He quickly found me a rental car and I was in it within 20 minutes of dropping my vehicl explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. Although they had to take apart the dashboard and headliner to replace the radio parts, the vehicle was returned in excellent condition.
