We then take that feedback and use it in a way that is geared towards making us better at achieving our goal of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers. A 4-star rating means we did well. It also means we could have done a better job in some way to provide the level of experience you deserve. Other time it is just a mistake in the rating left. Although a 4 star rating means we did well, it also says we could have done some things better. In other case the rating was left in error. We share all of this with our entire team and utilize it for counselling, coaching, celebrating, and in some cases process evaluation. I enjoyed meeting you over the phone, gaining your additional insight, and your kind words.
