Mona contacted me the first thing in the morning to discuss the issues I was experiencing an we were able to drop off the car that evening to Klaben. Mona contacted me the first thing in the morning to discuss the issues I was experiencing and get me set-up with a rental. She followed up with me daily until the car was repaired a few days later.
