Had a great experience with everyone, particularly Gary! Tim was helpful too! We loved the car that we purchased! Thought we were getting some videos from Tim but we did not receive those! I’ve bought 3 cars all from dealerships, and never had a good experience. Bobby, Chris and Gary completely changed my car buying experience. Kim, along with the entire operation of Klaben (pick any dealership), go far beyond what one would expect of a dealership when it comes to customer service, sales or repairs! Always making sure the customer walks or drives onto the lots without fear and leaving feeling that they joined a new family. One would be mistaken if they did not visit Klaben - be it for a new/used vehicle, service or body repairs. I should know - I have had all these experiences multiple times for the past 10 years +. What can I say - after having had a poor experience with a sales associate earlier - Gary was introduced to me by the President of Klaben (Richard Klaben) and the skies cleared, the sun came out and I fell a sales associate earlier - Gary was introduced to me by the President of Klaben (Richard Klaben) and the skies cleared, the sun came out and I fell into the gentle hands of a true professional. If you had clay and were to build the most professional auto salesperson - the result would look a great deal like Gary. But looks can be deceiving - but the heart and soul of any person cannot be. I recommend Gary quite highly - not because of his outward appearance - but what is inside if him. More
